Haha, yes, the western style does have its appeal, and in many instances, I find some old western animations to be of far higher calibre than a lot of animes- although recently the quality of Disney movies have just simply plummeted dramatically.

PS. Balto used to be one of my all time fav.

Traditionally animated movies by Disney I feel will always be superior to anime because Disney can capture emotion better than any anime or manga I've seen. And they can do it with simplicity where as anime needs elaborate details. That's my opinion anyway. Not to say that I don't like anime obviously that's the style I draw in. But I know what you mean about the Disney movies now-a-days. The CGI is beautifully done I just don't think they'll ever be up to par with the older 2D movies.
